One Week of Power Yoga (free program)

If you’re turning to yoga to build more strength then you’re definitely looking in the right place. What I love about Power Yoga is how it creates deep, lasting strength both physically and mentally. Power Yoga changed the way I look at my body and my day to day life. It taught me that six packs are nice and all, but deeper core strength is what makes the real difference to caring for lower back and hip pain. It taught me that focus and endurance can propel your practice forward in a way that no amount of handstands drills can. And, it taught me how to access the power of the breath and the bhandas to uplevel my yoga practice and support other activities I love like hiking, surfing and HIIT.
