We'll start today's class with a meditation on the breath and practice Alternate Nostril Breathing, Nadi Shodana, to bring about balance in the breath, body and mind. Then move through a gentle restorative sequence mobilising the spine and lower back.

Having a cushion or bolster on hand and a small blanket will be helpful in this class too.
