Hey there, my name is Kat.
I’m a Zimbabwean/Kenyan living in the UK and I’m a big believer in intentional movement, mindful living, holistic wellness and good wine.
PRACTICE WITH ME: I teach Yin yoga, meditation and dynamic power yoga as well as specialising in pre and post-natal yoga. You’ll find my teaching style is heavily influenced by Baptiste yoga principles: it pulls strong focus to the mind-body-breath connection, and welcomes anyone and everyone. I believe in making yoga work for YOU; you wild and beautiful creature, just as you are, not the other way around.
