WHY I CREATED THIS COURSE…
When I first started learning yoga I lived in a remote area of Northern Kenya and my nearest studio was four hours away! It was with thanks to courses just like this one that I managed to grow and build my yoga practice over the years. Yoga made me stronger than I ever thought possible, and it gave me deep insight into my who I am and what I truly wanted and needed. In short, this practice has brought me home to myself! I loved it so much that I became a yoga teacher, started leading retreats and trainings all over world and created a series of structured online courses so that people just like you can start reaping the benefits of yoga from anywhere, at any time!
