This course can be practised stand alone for those who are looking for more structure for their practice. It can also be used as the second part of the Yoga for Beginners course which builds on what you have learned in part one over the course of 28 days.
We’ll be working deeper into each stage, further improving strength, flexibility and more. We’ll start to work towards more intermediate poses too like Dancers Pose and Crow Pose. At the end of this course you will have a more confident yoga practise, and be able to see a very noticeable improvement, not just in your body but in your quality of life.
