Welcome to the virtual Journey into Power Bundle. We’ll be gathering online, from all over the world, every Tuesday at 7.30PM (UK time) for an hour of Power Yoga following Baron Baptiste’s Journey into Power sequencing for month of July 2024.

This sequence is designed to challenge you physically, mentally and emotionally; it will encourage you to find your limits and discover your inner resilience in overcoming restrictions and expectations. It is important to note however, that although this is a strong class it is open to all levels as modifications will always be offered and all sequencing and poses are optional.

Class starts on Tuesday 2nd July and our fourth and final class will be on Tuesday 23rd July 2024.

You will be emailed a link to the class (on Zoom) 10 minutes prior to the start via the email you share when you make your purchase.
