WHY I CREATED THIS COURSE
When I really started getting into this yoga stuff I remember throwing myself up into a headstand over and over again and falling, over and over again. I felt too weak to be trying to do the things I wanted to do, and I couldn’t understand how to get to where I wanted to get to.
So I started to go to strength based yoga workshops and take online courses; to understand where the power that I needed was going to come from, and how I was going to access it. I did the work and within a few months I began to feel and see the difference in not just my physical strength, but in my confidence going into each pose.
Immersing myself into Power Yoga has made me more comfortable in my own skin than I ever thought I could be, and THIS is what I want for YOU!
