Hey there, my name is Kat. I’m a Zimbabwean/Kenyan living in the UK and I’m a big believer in intentional movement, mindful living, wellness and good wine. I want to empower people to live their best damn lives and I share tools that help you do just that. I believe that yoga has the power to change your life, after all, it’s changed mine, and I’m SO excited you’re joining me on this journey!
